All reservations to be made via WhatsApp Messenger / direct call
All reservation requests will be handled/replied within 24 hours
Upon confirmation of a reservation, you are required to deposit RM100 + 50% of the total payment within 3 days of booking confirmation
Reservation must be made more than 24 hours before the arrival date
Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer
Full payment should be made upon arrival

Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 12 noon
All rates quoted are nett
Rates are per night stay and is applicable for up to 10 adults (Jerai House) and 5 adults (Cabin House)
Maximum the house can accommodate is 15 pax for Jerai House and 7 pax for Cabin House
The 13th-15th guest for Jerai House and 5th-7th guest for Cabin House additional RM50 each
Children 12 years and above to be charged as adults
RM50-RM100 fine for lost key/damages
Turn off lights/aircond before leaving the room.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house
No pets are allowed
